The Giant's Staircase, Bailey's Island, Maine

Today's Holiday Sale Painting, November 19th, 2023, is the popular site "Giant's Staircase" on Bailey's Island in Maine. The beautiful step like boulders almost look manmade as they descend down into the sea. The incoming water and surf fills and meets every coastal crevice, moving in and out with the tides. This canvas is 12 x 24 inches, unframed and available on my web site for 1/2 price at www.michaelevermette.com until January 1st. 10% of the proceeds will go to the Penobscot Youth Council's U.N.I.T.Y inc. (United Nations Inter Tribal Youth) conference in Portland, Oregon in 2024.
